The Hitherfield dance and school on Friday night was a huge success. Nana took Liam to boogie the night away while Mark and I were at a conference in Toronto. Liam happily came home sweaty and wearing his prize ... green devil horns!What a night we had trick or treating last night. Harry Potter was very visible around our Riverwalk neighbourhood. So many people called him by name and commented on how great he looked! Extra treats were given by more than a few houses as they commented that his was the best costume of the night!
Today we hung out at home, did homework and actually worked in the garden! I am thankful, once again, that our spot of land we call a garden is not very big. Mark did, however, garden a little more enthusiastically then I was hoping for ... a third of our weeping cyprus was cut off in front of our house!
